As the administrator, you can setup events, schedule the work items for the snackbar
at an event, add the food items for the snackbar, copy setup from one event to another,
set up team parties, and assign food and work items for the parties.

Users click on open slots to assign themselves to work and food. They click again
on that assignment slot to remove the assignment. It's that easy!
